With the summer days heating up, people are always looking for delicious ways to cool off, such as popsicles. Around our home, popsicles made from natural ingredients are one of the delicious ways my family is able to cool off and stay healthy at the same time. Using fresh fruits and natural fruit juices, I made my All Natural Raspberry Pineapple Banana Popsicles, a perfect treat to cool you off on a hot summer day!
Putting together ripe bananas, raspberries, unsweetened natural pineapple juice, and adding just the right amount of organic honey is all it takes to create this sweet treat full of delicious flavor. I like to use natural ingredients because it’s healthier and a great way to get even your pickiest eater to have some fruits and fruit juices. Sweet and tasty these popsicles are both a great treat and a healthy alternative to artificially flavored and colored popsicles that you find in the stores.
All Natural Raspberry Pineapple Banana Popsicles
1 slightly ripe banana
1 cup raspberries
2 cups unsweetened natural pineapple juice
2 tablespoons organic honey
Put the four ingredients above into a blender and blend together well. Once done pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. Place in the freezer until completely frozen. When done remove from the mold, and your popsicles are ready to serve. If serving to a group, place the popsicles on top of a bowl of ice and serve.
My All Natural Raspberry Pineapple Banana Popsicles are both delicious and healthy! The children and adults alike will love them. They have great flavor, and the best part is the fact that they are made with all natural ingredients and are low in calories. Try them for yourself, and enjoy!
I need to get some of those Popsicle molds. My great Nephew can eat his weight in Popsicles. I like them too.
